For referring a potential tenant who rents one of our properties, you will receive a $100 cash reward, or refer a potential homeowner of one of our properties and receive $500.

The conditions of the cash reward are as follows:

Ø  Potential tenant or future homeowner must mention your name on the first contact.

Ø  In the case of the potential tenant, lease must be signed and fees paid in order to receive cash reward.  For referring a future homeowner, reward is given following the closing.
