SAVE BY PAYING ONLINE Don't pay a late fee, simply save by paying your rent online today. Instead of paying a 10% late fee, use the chart below to figure your fee for online payment, add it to your monthly rent and pay online using paypal today (no paypal account is neccessary to use this feature).  For Example If your monthly rental payment is $400, go to the chart and find your online payment fee. Your online fee is $15. Add the online payment fee to your rental payment ($400 + $15). The amount you will pay on paypal is $415. You save $25 (payment would be $440 with late fee) by paying online on your due date instead of risking a late charge. You may pay by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER your check card, or ELECTRONIC CHECK (a $30 return check charge for any checks returning not paid). HOW TO PAY Click on the PAY NOW button below, you will be taken to the paypal payment site for Jeffrey Brooks Realty. In the Unit Price field, enter the amount of your rental payment plus the online payment fee. NOTE: If you do not include the online payment fee with your rental payment, your rental payment will be considered "not paid in full" and could still incur a late charge. Once you've entered your payment amout, click Update Totals. If you have a PayPal account, simply log in and all of your information will appear and can be applied to your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account and do not wish to establish one, simply click Continue on the PayPal page and you will be given the opportunity to enter your billing information. Click on Review Order and Continue. Complete the Approval. You will receive and email confirming your payment. Save today by making your payment online. |
